Insurance Agent, Consultant or Risk Manager?  Simply put, TTG works for you and you decide how.

Agent Commission-Based:
As your Agent we represent you to various insurance companies.  The insurance company pays us a commission.  We become an integral part of your team.  If you prefer we can take no commission from the insurance company and negotiate a fee with you.  In every case we fully and openly disclose all compensation received for your business.

Consultant Fee-Based:
As your Consultant we contract with you to research, investigate and recommend a range of operational and financial approaches to specific concerns.  You pay us a fee.  Again we become an integral part of your team.  We may use outside specialists within our fee or in addition to our fee.  This will be clearly stated to you in advance. We would not normally act as your agent here, rather work in conjunction with your agent.

Risk Manager Fee-Based:
As your Risk Manager our licensed risk managers and staff reduce the potential of losses and financial impact on your overall enterprise.  Again we become an integral part of your team.  Together we identify small and large areas of exposure, how they relate to your stability (balance sheet) and profitability (profit & loss statement).  We then devise steps that may be taken to balance your stability and profitability against your appetite for absorbing operational and financial loss.  This is a multi-step process that requires establishing procedures across all departments of your business and year round monitoring.  The results can be dramatic in reducing the number of losses as well as the impact on the stability and profitability of your company.  In this capacity we may act as your insurance agent also.  Depending on the account, the costs may be included in our commission or billed to you separately.
